Dusty S.: Okay. do you see the tool php configuration tool? under setup tab

Tayo Solagbade: YES

Dusty S.: Okay open that up.

Dusty S.: Then you should see either 'create phpini' or a list of options

Tayo Solagbade: I see some text on PHP 4 and PHP 5 and below a table:

Dusty S.: no button 'create php ini' ?

Dusty S.: or no radio buttons, one says GD?

Tayo Solagbade: Ok, I see a Create/Manage your own php.ini button now

Dusty S.: okay click 'create'

Dusty S.: then you'll get a list of items. One of those will ebe magic quotes

Tayo Solagbade: Done, I see a table with radio buttons. One says gd

Dusty S.: on the right sohould be 'magic quotes'

Tayo Solagbade: Don't see that. Only "register_globals" and "display errors"

Dusty S.: Oh okay. Forgot that wasn't one. Alright go to 'advanced edi

Tayo Solagbade: Now I see "magic quotes"

Dusty S.: okay change off to on, then save.

Tayo Solagbade: Typed over Off with On then clicked "Save Settings", but window briefly showed "Please wait" and then went blank...

Dusty S.: Just go back into advanced edit and see if it is changed.

Tayo Solagbade: No it hasn't. Still shows "off"
